*Standard Single : a return fare is the sum of the outbound and inbound single fares, taking into account the respective colour designations.
**1&2-Day Return: Fares are calculated using the outbound departure date. The return journey to commence before midnight the next day. Must be booked at least one day in advance of travel.
***3 to 5-Day Return: Fares are calculated using the outbound departure date. The return journey to commence before midnight the 5th day. Must be booked at least one day in advance of travel.

Use of the System
The Account Holder must make a Booking before Travel can be made. A Booking is only valid for the Coach stated and the Booked Departure. The Booking Reference Number must be quoted by the coach driver at Check-In. If the driver fails to quote the correct Booking Reference Number, payment must be made by the coach driver at Check-In at Eurotunnel's Published Fare applicable at the time before travel will be permitted.Coaches must arrive at Check-In not less than 45 minutes (but not more than 2 hours) before their Booked Departure. Additional time should be allowed if Passengers wish to visit the Passenger Terminal Building.For Coaches that arrive late (i.e. less than 45 minutes before the Booked Departure) the Booking will no longer be valid.In these circumstances, if the coach driver wishes to travel, a new Booking will have to be made and the Account Holder agrees to pay for that new Booking atthe Contract Fare for Credit Accounts Holders, and at the Public Fare for Cash Account Holders.The Account Holder shall notify the Coach Sales Centre at the time of making a Booking if there are 10 or more Passengers likely to travel who would face difficultyin exiting unassisted from the Coach or the Channel Tunnel in the event of an emergency or for any other reason, during Travel in the Channel Tunnel orwhen the Coach is on one of the Eurotunnel terminals.The Account Holder must check the Eurotunnel Conditions of Carriage before travel, and portable reserve containers must be declared upon arrival at theEurotunnel Terminal. The Account Holder is responsible for declaring any Pet travelling on board a Coach. Dogs, cats and ferrets must be checked before departure and the cost ofthese checks must be paid by the Account Holder when booking for the Coach, or upon arrival at the terminal.
Payment – Cash Account Holders/Non Account Holders
For Account Holders who do not have a Credit Account, payment shall be made using a previously approved credit card or cleared cheque or by telegraphictransfer at least 35 days before the Travel Date.For Bookings made less than 35 days before the Travel Date payment must be made at the time of Booking.If payment is not received in accordance with the above, Eurotunnel will cancel the Booking.
Payment – Credit Account Holders
For Account Holders who have a Credit Account, payment shall be made on the date specified by Eurotunnel by telegraphic transfer of funds to the Eurotunnelaccount notified to the Account Holder or by such other method of payment as may be agreed with Eurotunnel. Invoices shall be paid no later than the thirtiethday of the month following the month during which the invoice was issued.
Cancellation or Amendment of Bookings and Unused Travel
The Account Holder may cancel a booking without charge not less than 10 days before the Travel Date (outward travel for return bookings).Unless cancelled more that 10 days before the travel date bookings may not be cancelled or amended and an Account Holder will remain liable to pay the fullBooking price even if the Booking is not travelled on.All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
