UK Coach Calendar and rates 2013

Customers who do not have credit facilities - all bookings must be paid a minimum of 35 days in advance of the scheduled departure date. Payment can be made by credit card or by cheque / bank transfer - please note that cleared funds must be received prior to 35 days. In theevent cleared funds are not received 35 days in advance of scheduled departure date, the booking will automatically cancel. No guarantee can be made in obtaining space for a replacement booking should this occur.

Credit account holders - you will be invoiced 28 days in advance of scheduled departure date. Invoices must be paid no later than the thirtieth day of the month, following the date of invoice.

Single tickets, long stay tickets, 3 - 5 day return tickets - bookings must be amended or cancelled a minimum of 21 calendar days before scheduled departure date.

1 & 2 day return tickets - bookings must be amended or cancelled a minimum of 7 calendar days before scheduled departure date. Bookings that fall within the cancellation periods will have the charges applied regardless of whether the coach travels or not.

It is extremely important that your coach driver checks in a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, but no more than 2hrs. Additional time should be scheduled if passengers wish to visit the Passenger Terminal Buildings.

Coaches must arrive in the boarding area at least 25 minutes before the allocated departure time.

If your coach arrives more than 2 hours late, your booking is no longer valid. However, to avoid buying a new ticket, you or your driver must call us at least one hour before the booked departure time. Our agent will then modify the time of travel, subject to availability.

• A midi Coach (up to and including 9.0 metres in length) towing a trailer will be charged as a Standard Coach
• No supplement payable for a Standard Coach (exceeding 9.0 metres in length) towing a trailer
• No supplement for double deck vehicles
• No reduction for empty legs
• Eurotunnel reserves the right to amend these Published Fares at any time
