TNU Securities


TNU Securities (formerly Eurotunnel)

Following the approval of the de-stapling by the general meetings of TNU SA and TNU PLC on 28 April 2009, and the merger of TNU SA into Groupe Eurotunnel SA on 6 May 2009, only TNU PLC shares previously comprised in the TNU Units remain in circulation.

The TNU PLC shares are listed on the Compartment for Securities Delisted from regulated markets (Compartiment des Valeurs Radiées des Marchés Réglementés) of Euronext Paris since 19 May 2009 for a period of 6 months (Euronext notice of 7 April 2009).

As a result of transactions related to the merger, Groupe Eurotunnel SA holds 99.32% of the share capital of TNU PLC.

Forms of ownership

The TNU shares can be held in two forms:

  • bearer
  • registered: TNU's registrars are Computershare Investor Services PLC in the UK and BNP Paribas Securities Services in France.
