All goods destined for or originating from a non-EU country which require UK customs clearance can be processed at the Eurotunnel Folkestone Terminal.


Channel Ports, located in the Freight Driver Centre on the Folkestone terminal, offer a Customs Clearance service 24/7 to all customers travelling with Eurotunnel. All goods are cleared on site and cold store space and unloading facilities are also available.


All goods arriving into the UK can now be processed by a Channel Ports agent at the Total station of the Eurotunnel terminal. This new facility allows your drivers to rejoin directly the M20 and save even more time!
