FlexiPlus fares are perfect for travellers requiring convenience and flexibility - turn up early or late; you can travel on the next available shuttle. If you wish to amend your booking you can do so at no extra cost.
Flexibility

Priority Check-in
As a FlexiPlus customer you have use of exclusive Check-in booths and you will be offered the next available departure.
Mix and Match
If you require more flexibility on either your outward or return journey and don't want to prebook a time, then why not combine FlexiPlus with our Standard Fare. (Please note that you can't mix and match FlexiPlus with our Short Stay Saver Fare).
Designated parking place
If stopping off for a bite to eat or last minute shopping then you are entitled to park in the designated spaces close to the Passenger Terminal Buildings.
The FlexiPlus lounges
As a FlexiPlus customer travelling in a vehicle up to 1.85m high, you can take advantage of the FlexiPlus lounges, open 06.00 to 22.00 daily (local time). *
Recently refurbished, the lounges offer you relaxation and comfort, serving complimentary light snacks and beverages which you can choose from a varied and selected quality range.
Exclusive services such as newspapers, telephone, fax, Internet… are also provided.
*Outside of these hours, the Passenger Terminal building, situated before border controls, will be delighted to welcome you. Please note that FlexiPlus exclusive services are not available at the Passenger Terminal building.
Priority Boarding
Once you are in your designated FlexiPlus lane, you will be boarded on the next shuttle ahead of other passengers. Remember, first on, first off and onwards to your destination.
Information and advice for FlexiPlus customers
For direct access to the FlexiPlus lounge and priority boarding, head to passport control. Once you have cleared passport control follow the FlexiPlus signs:
>> Folkestone and Calais Terminals
Keep to the right hand lane at Folkestone. At Calais, keep to the left hand lane. When you reach the FlexiPlus boarding lane barrier key in the PIN code issued to you at the FlexiPlus Check-In. This code should be hung and displayed on your mirror for entry to the FlexiPlus Lounge. On leaving, you will be given priority boarding on the next available shuttle.
Motorcycles
Due to loading and safety regulations, we regret that we cannot offer motorcyclists the use of the FlexiPlus lounge or priority loading. You may still purchase a FlexiPlus fare and enjoy its flexibility.
