Important information

Pets are part of the family - so we treat them just as we would treat any other passenger.

Eurotunnel Pet Travel Scheme

Since the introduction of the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS), it is so much easier to travel with your pets.

The Eurotunnel pet experience

Important!
Make sure you advise us at the time of booking that you are travelling with a pet.

Convenient!  Your pet stays with you throughout the 35-minute crossing.Follow the Sign to Eurotunnel's Pet Control Booth

On your return, BEFORE you enter the Eurotunnel site, you will need to visit the Pet Control Booth situated on the right before the Check In lanes so we can carry out the necessary checks.

We will read your pet's identifying microchip and check its passport and documentation to prove your pet has received all the necessary vaccinations and treatments (e.g. rabies injection and tick and worm treatment).  Checks or passports do not apply to rabbits and pet rodents.

Pets can travel 24hrs with Eurotunnel!

Tip! Our UK and French terminals have exercise areas for your pet to ensure it is comfortable before boarding.
