Luc Zimmerman, the owner and chef, welcomes you to his restaurant; a cosy yet refined authentic French restaurant in Boulogne, at the heart of the fortified town, opposite the cathedral.
Enjoy a gastronomic dining experience of classic French cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood dishes, all prepared with the finest ingredients: plaice, sole, seafood platters to name but a few. Traditional home cooking also has its place with Beef Bouguignon, baked Maroille cheese pancakes, and crème brulée transformed before your eyes.
Select from a range of set menus (€21- €45) and sample their delights in the beautiful flower bedecked terrace where al fresco dining becomes a real pleasure.
Every effort is made to ensure locally purchased fresh products in season are used in the restaurant.
