• How do I add Advance Passenger Information (API) to my Frequent Traveller bookings?

    1. Log in to My Eurotunnel using your Frequent Traveller account number and password.
    2. Click on the 'View Details' link next to the relevant booking in the Booking History section of your Account Overview.
    3. Click the 'Add API' link on the right hand side of the booking details screen.
    4. You will be asked to confirm that you have permission from the passengers whose details you are adding. Click the circle to the left of the popup box, and then click 'Continue'.
    5. NEW! You can opt to store API details to add to future bookings. Previously stored API will be displayed at the bottom of the page. You can add these to the current booking by clicking the add-stored-api-button icon.
    6. Otherwise, to add a new set of API details, click the Add New API button
    7. Fill out all of the fields. A green tick will appear next to each box as it is correctly filled in.
      If you want to store the information so that it is available to add to future journeys, tick the box at the bottom section.Note: You can only store API for future journeys once you have completed all of the required information. This function will remain inactive until then.
    8. Click 'Save API and continue' to save the passenger information.
    9. Click ‘Save and Log out’ to complete your activity.
    10. To remove a passenger's details either:
      Click the remove-api-button icon to move previously stored API back down to the storage area at the bottom of the page, or,
      Click the delete-api-button icon to delete newly added API.
    11. Click ‘Save and Log out’ to complete your activity.
    12. If you have not yet completed all of the details for all of the passengers, you will get the following warning:
      Click 'Update' to return and enter more details, or click 'Continue' to confirm any changes you have made and complete your activity at this time.
