It's important that as part of your policy, you read the LeShuttle Policy Booklet as this contains the full terms and conditions of your policy.  In addition you should read the Terms of Business document, and the Insurance Product Information Document 

You have 14 days from the day you purchase your insurance to cancel your policy. You can see the cancellation rules in the Policy booklet terms and conditions.

• General insurance products have a statutory cancellation period of 14 days during which period you will receive a full refund of premium unless the insurance cover has already started. Please consult the policy terms and conditions for how to cancel a policy.
• LeShuttle Motor Breakdown Cover is administered by RAC Financial Services Limited and provided by RAC Insurance Ltd
• LeShuttle European Travel Insurance, including Winter Sports Option is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance S.A. UK Branch, which is part of the AXA Group
