Important Frequent Traveller Ticket Information
Flexiplus lounge opening times can be found here. Outside opening hours the Flexiplus lobby with complimentary Starbucks and toilet facilities will be available. (Excluding coach.)
Frequent Traveller wallets can be shared with another My Eurotunnel account holder. This Nominated Person cannot be changed for the duration of the wallet's validity.
Some vehicle types may require payment of a supplement at time of booking.
Bookings can be made by the wallet owner or Nominated Person. However, the person making the booking must travel on all bookings made in their name.
It is possible to book your travel one day before departure, however, we recommend that in order to take advantage of the best choice of crossings you book early, especially during school holidays or busy festive periods, to avoid disappointment.
**Frequent Traveller account holders pay only £18 per pet (dog, cat or ferret) each way and must either pay their pet supplement through their My Eurotunnel account online or through the Contact Centre. Non-Frequent Travellers pay £22 per pet, each way. DEFRA Pet Travel Documentation required.
