Important information for customers

When travelling from France to the UK you MUST complete a Government passenger locator form.

Please note – all customers must have masks or face coverings which must to be worn in buildings on the terminals, and available in case needed when traveling.

The current situation has required that we make some temporary changes to our service in order to keep customers and staff safe. We need your help - particularly with the first two.

Do not check in early

Please aim to check in between 45 and 90 mins before your shuttle time – not earlier*.

If you are more than 2 hours early you may be obliged to pay a supplement of up to £200, or asked to return later. If you are a little late checking in, don’t worry, we will just get you through as soon as we possibly can. Our sites are not large enough to allow people to wait for a significant amount of time given the new circumstances.

Stay in your vehicle

You must remain in your vehicle throughout the crossing.

Motorcycles are parked 2 metres apart and motorcyclists and pillions are asked to adhere to social distancing measures and to wear a face covering.

The toilets on our shuttles are therefore closed. There are toilets available in our terminal buildings - please use them before boarding the shuttle.

and please note...

Our timetables

In order to keep the flow as fluid as possible we are having to make a few amends to our timetable. You may be asked to board a slightly earlier or slightly later shuttle. We will do our absolute best to get you onto a shuttle within 30mins either side of your booked time.
