Flexiplus Upgrade Terms and Conditions

  • Upgrade offer only available on receipt of invitation from Eurotunnel to customers with existing bookings as at 23:59 on Monday 15th July that are booked to travel between 16th July and 12th September 2019 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays between Folkestone and Calais, or Calais and Folkestone between the hours of 06.00 and 21.30.
  • Offer not valid on existing bookings travelling after 12th September 2019.
  • Offer only valid on direct bookings with a UK address.
  • Offer valid for Single and Long Stay return tickets only. 
  • Excludes Frequent Traveller bookings, group bookings, tickets booked by coach operators, tickets purchased with Tesco Clubcard Vouchers, complimentary tickets and travel agents 
  • Offer not available on discounted bookings made by Shareholders, Le Shuttle Club members, Staff or Friends of Staff or Family (FOSOF) using their privileges. 
  • Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
  • Tesco, credit and gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for the upgrade.
  • To qualify the upgrade must be booked between 16th July to 31st July.
  • Offer ends and upgrades will not be available for purchase after 19.00hrs on 31st July. 
  • Upgrade is not available online or at check-in on the day of travel.
  • Upgrade must be booked in advance of travel through the Eurotunnel Contact Centre by calling +44 (0) 8443 35 33 35 and quoting your existing booking reference number. 
  • Eurotunnel does not accept any responsibility for invitations to upgrade that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
  • Eurotunnel does not accept any responsibility if a customer does upgrade their ticket before the deadline.
  • The upgrade cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
  • The upgrade does not include travel or breakdown insurance or pet travel. These will require payment of the relevant supplement/fee. 
  • Peak Day charges will be applicable.
  • Flexiplus lounge facilities are open 06:00 to 22:00 daily (local time). Outside opening hours the Flexiplus lobby with complimentary Starbucks and toilet facilities will be available.
  • Eurotunnel reserves the right to amend, void, suspend or cancel this promotion without prior notice.
