Credit or cash account holders, how to proceed?
Cash Account Holders
For Customers who do not have a Credit Account, payment must be made using a previously approved credit card or cleared cheque or by telegraphic transfer at least 35 days before the Travel Date.
For Bookings made less than 35 days before the Travel Date payment must be made at the time of Booking.
If payment is not received in accordance with the above the Booking will be cancelled.
Credit Account Holders
For Account Holders who have a Credit Account, payment shall be made on the date specified by Eurotunnel Le Shuttle by telegraphic transfer of funds to the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle account notified to the Account Holder or by such other method of payment as may be agreed with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle. Invoices shall be paid no later than the thirtieth day of the month following the month during which the invoice was issued.Payment is due 30 days following the month of invoice.
