Our gourmet restaurant in Wimereux.

On the first floor of the hotel, gourmet restaurant La Liégeoise has plenty of surprises in store. Entering the room, guests will immediately fall under the charm of the magical, elegant surroundings. Indeed, you are invited to take a seat under huge golden trees, the highlights of a refined, contemporary design. Another stunning spectacle awaits at your table: panoramic views of the sea through the wide dining room windows. Tables furthest from the bay windows have been set on little platforms so as to be able to enjoy the spectacle of the ocean too.

After treating your eyes to the view, indulge your sense of taste. Alain and Benjamin Delpierre serve a modern, inventive cuisine. Choose a la carte or from a menu. The chefs have only one objective: to provide a thrilling gourmet experience, just for you. Dishes change so that fresh, seasonal produce is always in use, with pride of place given to seafood. In the dining room, Béatrice, Aurélie and their teams provide a subtle, attentive and sober service, and the sommelier will advise you on your choice of wine to find one in perfect harmony with the dishes you have chosen. Get ready for an exceptional gourmet dining experience!

Gourmet restaurant La Liégeoise is open lunch times on Saturday and Sunday from midday to 1.45 pm and evenings Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm. At lunch times, the “Découverte de la carte” taster menu is served till 1.15 pm.

L'ALOZE

Our brasserie in Wimereux

On the ground floor of the hotel, restaurant L’Aloze offers a unique setting in Wimereux. From behind the wide bay windows, take in the vast stretch of the ocean but also the nearby bustle of seaside life. Renovated in 2016, this bright, airy room is furnished in an original, contemporary style with handsome unvarnished wooden tables, designer chairs and elegant wooden panelling, which lends a somewhat Scandinavian feel to the room. What better setting for enjoying seafood? In good weather, you can also enjoy meals on the terrace.

Come for a meal and leave with a feeling of pure bliss at L’Aloze, where we serve quality brasserie fare. Chefs Alain and Benjamin Delpierre prepare the dishes using fresh produce in the same spirit as in the gourmet restaurant. In this hearty atmosphere, select dishes a la carte at your leisure, with a starter-main-dessert, starter-main or main-dessert combination, all a very reasonable prices.

Open every day at lunch time from midday to 2 pm and for dinner from 7 pm to 9.30 pm. The restaurant is closed every year from mid-January to mid-February.
